As of September 1, 2008, the mandatory attorney's fee was abolished. This allows lawyers to conduct proceedings outside their own district without an attorney.
If you need to file a roll with a Court of Appeals or District Court, you can fill out a form through this link. Print out this form, then attach it to affected roll(s). For each court, you will need to fill out a form with 1 or more roll numbers.
FalkPost will then file your roll(s) and have them signed for receipt. The signed document will be returned to you the following business day.
By logging on to the website with your own login information, you can register the registered documents. You then affix the corresponding sticker with assignment number to the shipment and place it separately from the other pieces in your locker. We ensure that the shipment is offered to the addressee the next working day. If desired, you will receive a signature return.
